Dear friend, Bihar today, is riding a new wave of resurgence. The new government, mandated by the people to usher in a new era of development, is keen to bring back to the state, its lost glory. Like some of her sister Indian states which grew from simple agrarian livelihood states to thriving economic centers in the last decade, Bihar is ripe with potential.
